Be Ready.
Stay Calm.
Outdoor first aid is different from workplace first aid. At our Kent woodland, you will learn practical first aid skills for remote environments: how to assess situations, treat common outdoor injuries, improvise with available materials and stay calm under pressure. Skills that could save a life.

What Is Outdoor First Aid?
Outdoor first aid is the practical application of first aid skills in remote, wilderness or outdoor environments where professional help may be some distance away. It covers the same principles as standard first aid but adds the complexities of the outdoor setting: weather, terrain, limited equipment and improvisation.
At our Kent site, you will learn to assess emergency situations, prioritise treatment, manage common outdoor injuries (cuts, burns, sprains, hypothermia, heat exhaustion), improvise splints and bandages from available materials, and coordinate evacuation if needed. The focus is on practical, hands-on learning.
Why Learn First Aid in Kent?
First aid is a life skill everyone should have. Outdoor first aid specifically prepares you for situations you might encounter while camping, hiking, bushcrafting or simply being outdoors with family and friends. The confidence to act calmly in an emergency is invaluable.
Our Kent woodland provides a realistic training environment. You will practice skills in the actual conditions where you might need them: uneven ground, changing weather, limited light. This practical context makes the learning stick far better than a classroom-only course.
The Perfect Setting

Outdoor Team Building in Kent
First Aid makes for a powerful team building session. There is something about working together in the woods - away from screens and schedules - that brings out the best in people. Teams who have struggled to connect in the workplace find themselves naturally collaborating, encouraging each other and celebrating shared wins by the campfire.
Where it gets truly memorable is the combinations. One activity is great. Three or four across a full day is unforgettable. We can mix and match from fire lighting, shelter building, archery, pioneering, siege building, command tasks and more to create a programme that keeps energy high, challenges varied and everyone engaged from start to finish. The result is a team day that people actually talk about for months afterwards.
Genuine Bonds
There is no substitute for shared challenge. Your team leaves with real memories and real connection.
No Experience Needed
Everyone starts on equal footing. No one is the expert, so everyone learns and contributes together.
Shared Goals
Every activity gives your team a tangible objective to work toward together, creating natural collaboration and mutual support.

Real Reviews
A wonderful day getting back to nature, having fun and learning new skills. I brought my 9 year old and even though she was the only child the whole group was so welcoming to her and we both had a blast! We'll definitely go again.
What a day! I can't recommend this event enough. We had 6h of back to back activities and every single one was exemplary. James and his team are so down to earth, knowledgeable and fun. My abs hurt from laughing for 6h straight! I honestly cannot recommend this enough, incredible value and a day I will remember forever! Do yourself a favour and book!!!
Awesome atmosphere, great escape from day to day challenges. Instructors are well educated in many fields of life, literally knowledgeable about everything you could possibly think of asking. Most important it's great fun and you really feel like a member of great family, couldn't recommend that more to everyone who is looking to spark their life with new adventures. Best of all you can bring your kids with you as well, what a great opportunity for me and my son to spend a great quality time together! I look forward to next event!
