Refund Policy

Public Events

All bookings for public events are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made:

• •No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance under any circumstances.
• •Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

Private & Custom Events

Deposits and full payments made toward private, bespoke or corporate bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule:

• •We may offer an alternative date at our discretion, subject to availability and sufficient notice.
• •We do not guarantee any rearrangement unless previously agreed in writing.

Event Cancellations by Into The Woods

If we need to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, safety concerns, staff illness, minimum booking numbers not met):

• •You will be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future event or receive credit toward another booking.
• •Cash refunds will not be issued.

Removal from Events

We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event without refund if they engage in:

• •Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
• •Disrespect towards staff, instructors, or fellow participants
• •Unsafe conduct that endangers themselves or others
• •Violation of safety instructions or event guidelines
• •Consumption of drugs or alcohol during the event
