This is a full day in the woodland. Just for women. And it is unlike anything you have done before. Warrior Women is Into The Woods' women's empowerment day. A day designed from the ground up to strip away the noise, the roles, the expectations and the performance of everyday life and replace them with something most of us have not felt in a long time. Ourselves. What happens on the day? Honestly, we are not going to tell you everything. Some things need to be felt rather than explained. What we will tell you is that the day moves through experiences that will challenge you, ground you, make you laugh, possibly make you cry and leave you feeling more certain of what you are capable of than you have in years. You will spend the day outside in one of the most beautiful natural settings in Kent. No screens. No notifications. No version of you that exists for everyone else. Just you. The woodland. And a group of women who showed up for exactly the same reason you did. Come alone or bring someone. Either way you will not leave feeling alone. The women who have done this day do not describe it as fun. They describe it as necessary. That is the difference between a nice day out and a Warrior Women day. You will arrive as yourself. You will leave as a warrior.
