1. Who We Are

Into The Woods is a UK-based outdoor events company delivering bushcraft workshops, survival skills training, corporate team building events, and bespoke outdoor experiences.

3. Booking Terms

Public Events

  • Spaces are limited and bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Payment is required to secure your place
  • You will receive a confirmation email with event details after booking

Private / Bespoke Events

  • A deposit may be required to secure your date
  • The final cost and plan will be agreed upon in writing
  • Cancellations or changes must be discussed with us directly

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We operate a strict no-refund policy for all bookings.

  • Public Events: Once your place is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation or non-attendance.
  • Private / Bespoke Events: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date if rescheduling is necessary and agreed upon in advance.

If an event is cancelled by us (e.g. due to extreme weather, safety concerns, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will offer an alternative date or event credit. Cash refunds will not be provided.

5. Participation & Safety

Participation in our activities may involve physical effort and risk (e.g. fire lighting, tool use, knife handling, uneven terrain). All participants must:

  • Act responsibly and follow instructions from staff
  • Inform us of any medical conditions prior to taking part
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Be aged 18+ or have parental/guardian supervision if under 18
  • Sign a consent and liability waiver before engaging in activities

We reserve the right to remove any participant acting dangerously or disrespectfully without a refund.

6. Media Use

We may take photos and videos during our events for promotional use across our website and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform a staff member on arrival.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, videos, logos, ebooks, guides, and written content, is owned by Into The Woods unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content without written permission.
