Not a spa day. Not a circle of chairs and someone talking at you about confidence while you wonder what’s for lunch. A full day in the woodland. Just for women. We’re not going to tell you everything that happens - some things need to be felt rather than explained. What we will say is that the day will challenge you, ground you, make you laugh, possibly make you cry, and leave you more certain of what you’re capable of than you’ve been in years. No screens. No notifications. No version of you that exists for everyone else. Just you, the woodland, and a group of women who showed up for exactly the same reason you did. Come alone or bring someone. Either way, you won’t leave feeling alone. The women who’ve done this day don’t describe it as fun. They describe it as necessary. You will arrive as yourself. You will leave as a warrior.
